The apartment is located in a tree lined street just minutes away from the heart of the town. There are many restaurants to choose from, all catering for different tastes and budgets. 

 

From the 5th floor balcony you can look out towards the golf complex or down to the beach area, which is just a short walk. If you just prefer to stay in and cater for yourself the kitchen has all the requirements you need.

 

The apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms (1 double & 2 singles). 1 bathroom with w/c & shower. 1 living room and a kitchen. 

 

The living room is a nice light space with comfy modern furniture, including leather settees and a dining table. If you fancy keeping up with news from home there is also a tv available. 

 

The kitchen amenities include a hob, kettle, Fridge/freezer and washing machine

 

This 2 bedroomed apartment is situated on the 5th floor of a residential block at the quieter end of Santa Ponsa but still only a few minutes’ walk from the beach and everything Santa Ponsa has to offer.

 

The main bedroom consists of a king size bed with ample wardrobe and drawer space and offers a fantastic view.

 

The second bedroom consists of twin beds and again, ample wardrobe and drawer space.

 

The lounge has direct access onto the balcony and offers spectacular views of the bay and surrounding hills.  The furnishing of this apartment is of a high standard, with the lounge offering 2 double settees, a dining table and 4 chairs, coffee table, a cabinet which hosts the TV and DVD Player and a display cabinet – there is cable TV so lots of English speaking channels.  The balcony has 2 easy chairs and table.

 

A portable air conditioning unit is provided for your convenience.

 

The shower room consists of a shower cabinet, toilet and sink with mirrored vanity unit.

 

The kitchen is compact and consists of a 4 ring ceramic hob , kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and is fully equipped with utensils and crockery.  The washing machine also sits in the kitchen.

 

All bedding and towels are provided for your stay.

 

There is no pool at this apartment complex but the beach is only a few minutes’ walk away and for those who particularly like a pool, the holiday complex across from these apartments has a pool which can be used as long as you buy something from the bar.  If you don’t feel like cooking, the holiday complex also offers buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner for a fixed price, which is very good for choice and value and there are also many restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. As with the holiday complex most of the hotels in the resort offer the same pool for purchases arrangement.  A small supermarket across from the apartment complex will provide the essentials and larger supermarkets are only a few minutes’ walk away.
