THINGS TO NOTE

  

Although it's nice to chill on the balcony, children should be supervised at all times and the patio doors kept locked when not in use. The communal landings also have balconies, and supervision should be applied here as well. 

 

On arrival there are 2 short staircases, but unfortunately no wheel chair access. Once inside the building a lift is available in the main lobby or stairs to all levels. 

 

The apartments are made up of holiday homes and residential. Please keep the noise levels down, especially in the evenings and during the night.

 

Beach towels are available but you may prefer to bring your own.

 

When you leave the apartment will be cleaned and checked. If any loss or damage will be charged accordingly. 

 

Please dispose of rubbish to central waste area outside the apartment.

 

Loss of keys or lock changing will be sourced locally and charged accordingly.

 

Cots, travelcots and stairgates are not provided.

 

Smoking is not permitted.

 

Unfortunatley this building does not allow pets.
